His direction of plays such as The Pride, Casa Valentina, Cock, and An Act of God reflected his commitment to queer theatre and transformative storytelling.

As a playwright, Glenn has written or adapted What Fresh Hell Is It, The Dance of Death, The Bear/Proposal, Dracula, Intimate E-pistles, and Sirius – A Most Human of Dog Stories. His work has been produced at The Libra Theatre Café, Off-Tryon Theatre Company, Charlotte Repertory Theatre, and Third Eye Rep in New York City.

A transformative storyteller at heart, Glenn is drawn to projects that balance intellect and emotion — works with sharp dialogue, bold reimaginings of classics, and stories that leave a mark. His creative vision lies in revealing the humanity within the classics and the timelessness within the modern.
